Our Commitment to You
At DAS Aquarium, the health and safety of our aquatic life is our top priority. We use industry-leading packing techniques, insulated boxes, and climate-control packs to ensure your fish arrive healthy. We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive.
In the rare event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the animal. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to File a DOA Claim
Receive on First Attempt
You must receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If a package is delayed because no one was available to receive it, the guarantee is voided.
Take Clear Photos
Take at least two clear photos of the deceased animal while it is still in the original, unopened bag. Claims with fish outside the bag or in your aquarium will not be accepted.
Email Us Within 2 Hours
Send an email to dasaquamart@gmail.com within exactly two (2) hours of the carrier's posted delivery time. Include your order number and the photos attached.
